Little Miss Momma: My Top Secret Journal

My Top Secret Journal

A peak into my journal.
age 7

Apparently, three things haven't changed since early childhood:
1. my love for Mexican food
2. my love for my Momma
3. my terrible hand writing

For those who can't read my childhood chicken scratch,
here is the translation:

My name is Ashley Lynn Walsh.
I am 7 yers old {the 7 is backwards}.
I hav a doyfrend he is Paul.
My faverite food is Mesck ucin food.
My BrithDay is Feb. 13,.
My faverih Day is my BrithDay.
the End.

I would like to draw particular attention to the underlined portion of this entry.

Yep, Mesck ucin food was my favorite even then.

This next entry is classic:

Ahhhh, childhood.

This is great! I started a diary when I was 9...but I'm sure mine wasn't much better in content...or sloppy writing! I used to write about my crush on Jonathan Taylor Thomas (hahaha) and the stuff I did each day.

I always wanted to have journals, and somewhere is a Little Twin Stars one I kept in elementary school- but they always just made it a few months.
It was always lists of I did this I did that and not feelings- I'm still learning to express them!

I adore this. Isn't it the best to have mommas who save everything for us? I hope Sookie will appreciate this kind of stuff. I saved one of those little circle sticker things from her very first EKG. (Yes, I'm weird. haha.)

Hope your Friday is fabulous miss thing!

xoxo.
