4th of July Party Ideas

Fourth of July Party Ideas
Oooo, this is one of my favorite holidays for so many reasons.
Inspiration.
Gratitude.
Patriotism.
And here are some of the pretty reasons that
I love our Nation's birthday {via Pinterest}:

We're having a small family BBQ this Independence Day.
Burgers and Hot Dogs.
Watermelon.
Baked Beans.
Coca Cola.
Kiddie Pool.
Sparklers.
What are your holiday plans?

ooh i love the 4th too! perfect excuse for a party, but it's easy cause your theme is already set out for you. i'm in france this summer, so sadly, i don't think there will be anything going on for the 4th. maybe my little group of american friends will think up something though :)

Everything is beee-u-tiful!
We don't host, so I don't decorate much. We do the local parade and then our friends always host. We do a similar fare, but add grilled corn on the cob to that and a big swimming pool and backyard games like ladder golf, ring toss, and whatnot. Ending the night with viewing the fireworks from the backyard.

CUTE STUFF!!!! I can't wait for the 4th! I needed some new ideas!
We walk in a parade for the radio station I work for-then head home.
I live in a super fun neighborhood. Huge strolling parties all over. The pool is at my house for kids, the food at my neighbors, we had a bouncehouse last year..and all neighbors jsut walked around!

Oh man it's only 9am here and that burger pic made me want one soooooooooo bad! Is that wrong? I'll just have to wait until lunch I guess.

Your 4th plans sound just like ours - kiddie pool, BBQ, sparklers, simple family time. Love it!

You're getting me ALL kinds of excited for the upcoming holiday! yay :) My favorite pin is that bike, I've been craving a bike ride lately.

That bicycle is so cute!
We have pretty crazy plans. We are throwing our sons third birthday party that day (it's his actual birthday). That will be from 10-about 1. It is a pirate theme. Then we will clean up and drive about 10 miles to the cousins house to have Fourth of July festivities.
I am sure we will have a second cake and more presents here.

Sparklers, lazy days, swimming, eating, dancing, laughing, singing (with a few meltdowns in between). Happy 4th!
